What we collect.
Your email address, if you contact us or choose to subscribe to updates.
Basic purchase information (such as the product bought and order reference) provided to us by Gumroad when you buy.
Standard, non-identifying analytics about how the website is used, which may be collected through cookies or similar tools.
We do not see or store your full card details. Payment information is handled by our payment providers, described below.
Why we use it (and our legal basis under the GDPR).
To deliver your product and provide customer support: performance of a contract.
To respond to your emails: our legitimate interest in helping you.
To send updates or offers, only if you have subscribed: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To keep the site secure and improve it: our legitimate interest.
Who processes data for us.
Gumroad, which sells and fulfils our products as merchant of record and processes payments and applicable taxes.
Stripe, which we use to receive payouts from our sales.
Our email and analytics providers, and Pinterest, where we publish content. These providers process data under their own privacy terms.
International transfers. Some providers are based outside the EU or EEA. Where that is the case, they rely on recognised safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law (for example, basic records for tax purposes).
Your rights. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus supervisory authority, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
