Room to Choose sells digital products that you download and keep. We want you to feel good about your purchase.
Our 30-day promise. If a product is not right for you, email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason.
How refunds are processed. Our products are sold and fulfilled through Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase and processes payments on our behalf. Approved refunds are issued through Gumroad back to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
Digital goods and your right of withdrawal. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, any statutory right of withdrawal can end once the download begins. Our 30-day refund promise is offered voluntarily and goes beyond what is required, so you are covered either way.
Disputes. If something has gone wrong, please contact us first at [email protected]. We read every message and aim to resolve any issue quickly and fairly. If you opened a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank, reaching out to us directly is usually the fastest way to sort it out.
